• Mr. Khushhal has joined our firm as a Director on May 2025. Additionally, he is acting as the Managing Partner at K. Khan B. & Co. Chartered Accountants.

• He has completed his article ship from Yousuf Adil Saleem & Co., a member firm of Deloitte Pakistan.

• He admitted as an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 2019.
  

• During his career of chartered accountancy, Mr. Khan has served at the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a Non-Profit Organization, Baluchistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF).

• He has expertise on Audit & Assurance, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and BRA. Monitoring and evaluation, risk management, corporate and secretarial matters, and financial advisory to clients.

Rehan Khanani - Director, International Business

• Mr. Muhammad Rehan Khanani completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Karachi in 2014, followed by an MBA in Finance from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University in 2022. He is also a CIMA (UK) Finalist and CPA (Pakistan) Finalist, and holds internationally recognized certifications as a Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA – USA) and Certified Forensic & Audit Analyst (CFrA – USA), reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in finance, audit, and advisory services.

• With over 13 years of diversified professional experience, Mr. Khanani has built a distinguished career in finance, treasury, taxation, internal audit, financial planning, business advisory, and strategic financial management across multinational organizations and leading Pakistani enterprises.

• Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership positions in organizations operating in the logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, shipping, development, and infrastructure sectors, where he successfully led finance functions, strengthened financial controls, and supported executive decision-making through strategic financial insights.

• Mr. Rehan Khanani joined ADACO as Director-International Business in July 2025.

• As Director – International Business, Mr. Khanani plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's international business development initiatives, expanding its global presence, and fostering strategic relationships with overseas clients, international referral partners, and multinational organizations.

• He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities across international markets, developing cross-border collaborations, and promoting the firm's audit, advisory, taxation, accounting, and business outsourcing services to clients seeking reliable professional support in Pakistan and the GCC region.

• Leveraging his extensive experience in financial management, treasury operations, budgeting, taxation, ERP systems, and business process optimization, Mr. Khanani provides strategic guidance to both local and international clients, enabling them to improve financial performance, strengthen governance, and maintain regulatory compliance.

• His professional expertise encompasses financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial planning and analysis, treasury management, taxation, internal controls, budgeting, working capital management, and business process improvements, allowing him to deliver practical and commercially focused solutions to complex business challenges.

• Throughout his career, Mr. Khanani has successfully collaborated with senior management, external auditors, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and international stakeholders, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Raja Naveed Warsi - Director, Legal

• Barrister Raja Naveed Warsi became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2013, laying a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and corporate governance. He further completed his BS (Hons.) in Accounting & Finance in 2016, followed by an LL.B. in 2023, and became a Barrister as a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn (UK) in 2024, reflecting his commitment to legal excellence and continuous professional development.

• He also obtained his Income Tax Practitioner License in 2014, enabling him to provide specialized taxation advisory and representation services.

• With over 15 years of professional experience, Barrister Raja Naveed Warsi has established himself as a distinguished legal and taxation professional, specializing in corporate legal advisory, taxation, commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, civil and property law, and strategic business advisory.

• Mr. Raja Naveed joined ADACO as Director-Legal in July 2025.

• As Director – Legal, he leads the firm's legal practice by providing strategic legal leadership, advising clients on complex legal and regulatory matters, and ensuring compliance with evolving corporate and taxation laws while safeguarding clients' commercial interests.

• His expertise extends to corporate structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, legal risk management, litigation support, taxation advisory, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, enabling businesses to operate with confidence in an increasingly complex legal environment.

• Barrister Warsi has extensive experience representing clients before taxation authorities, regulatory bodies, and judicial forums, while also advising multinational corporations, foreign investors, and clients from the United Kingdom and United States on cross-border legal and commercial matters. His commercially focused legal approach has earned him a reputation for delivering practical, business-oriented solutions aligned with governance and sustainable growth.

Ahmad Yar Tariq - Senior Manager

• Mr. Ahmad started his Chartered Accountancy journey from Deloitte, Pakistan where he has completed his ICAP’s mandatory three and a half year article ship, and served on a supervisory role after his articles.

• Since than he has been serving to public listed and unlisted companies in their accounts department, assisting the team in Audit.

• During this tenure, Mr. Ahmad has gained a good expertise in financial reporting, product costing, dealing to tax matters and ERP.
  

• His experience includes, correspondence with SECP, Other secretarial practices, leading IT department and reporting to the institutions.

• He has expertise on Audit & Assurance, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and BRA. Monitoring and evaluation, risk management, corporate and secretarial matters, and financial advisory to clients.

Ali Saleem - Senior Manager/Head of Lahore Office

• Mr. Ali Saleem joined ADACO in June 2016. He currently serves at ADACO, where he leads audit engagements across various sectors with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His ongoing role has enabled him to lead and execute comprehensive audit engagements with precision.

• Mr. Ali Saleem leads teams professionals on audit and assurance assignments. His responsibilities include audit planning, execution, and finalization, while ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate laws, and client-specific reporting standards.
  

• He is actively involved in: Developing audit strategies and risk-based audit plans. Reviewing complex financial statements and identifying control weaknesses. Drafting audit reports with actionable recommendations. Advising clients on taxation, foreign remittances, and regulatory compliance. Fostering strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

• At Suzuki Riaz Motors, during his tenure, Mr. Ali Saleem managed end-to-end financial reporting and analysis functions.

• Preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS

• Managing audits and liaising with external auditors for timely closures. Preparing board-level financial presentations and reports. Overseeing fixed asset reconciliations, lease accounting, and stock valuations.

• Monitoring receivables/payables and optimizing cash flows. Authorizing Capex based on budget controls.

Muhammad Hussain - Senior Manager/Head of Islamabad Office

• Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi in 2014.

• Mr. Muhammad Hussain joined ADACO in July 2024 as Senior Manager and Head of the Islamabad Office. A seasoned finance professional with nearly a decade of experience, he brings diversified expertise in treasury management, financial reporting, ERP implementation, inventory control, and operational finance.
  

• He is currently responsible for overseeing multi-functional finance teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading strategic financial decision-making for the region. Mr. Hussain is widely recognized for his leadership, process optimization, and results-driven approach. His dedication has earned him accolades throughout his career, including recognition as Employee of the Year and multiple internal promotions.

• Prior to joining ADACO, Mr. Hussain served in progressive finance roles at R.A.K Services, Islamabad, where he worked closely with CFOs and senior leadership on matters relating to financial reporting accuracy, treasury operations, and inventory reconciliation. His contributions included preparing management reports, analyzing site-wise profitability, handling fuel inventory procurement and reconciliations, managing daily bank positions, and enhancing ERP-based reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.

• He also led financial and operational functions, where his responsibilities spanned budgeting, procurement, feasibility reporting, and project-level financial control. He ensured timely vendor payments and managed the company’s disbursement and receivables cycle with strong oversight and documentation.

• Mr. Hussain began his professional journey with A. D. Akhawala & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he completed his external audit training. His early years in audit allowed him to gain robust experience in financial data analysis, internal control evaluation, and audit execution across a range of industries.

• Currently, Mr. Hussain is also serving in a fractional manager capacity for select international clients, focusing on reporting under international standards and maintaining regulatory compliance. His well-rounded background in audit, operational finance, and treasury functions continues to position him as a strong pillar of the firm’s leadership team.
